Dust-gas-air ducts and their purpose.

According to the laws of physics, any hot gas expands in a container. To compensate for temperature expansions, displacements and vibrations in the dust-gas-air duct, a special device is provided - a lens compensator. Such devices can be round and rectangular properly to the shape of the air duct. For more compensating capacity, it is allowed to install up to 4 lenses in the compensator. Their installation is carried out by a welded method, which ensures the rigidity and tightness of the entire structure of the duct.

Industrial dampers for air and gas ducts are designed to regulate the supply and shutdown of working gases in boiler plants of thermal power plants with a temperature not higher than 425 ° C at a pressure of 0.004 MPa. Like the gastight damper, they have two versions: left and right. Mounting on a dust-gas-air duct is carried out using a flange connection. Round dampers are mounted on pipes with diameters from 100 to 1400 mm, and rectangular ones on pipes sized from 300x400 to 2400x2000 with one to five axes. Non-standard sizes of dampers are made individually by the manufacturer.

A safety valve is provided on the dust-gas-air duct to prevent emergencies in boiler installations. It is necessary in order to prevent the destruction of boiler installations by the explosion of combustible gases. Such a valve is manufactured according to Application standard 108.812.03-82. The explosion relief valve is installed in pulverized-coal conduits of boiler plants operating both at exhaustion and over-pressure.
